ECHO MORGAN

We are currently exhibiting the work of Echo Morgan.

We have commissioned London based illustrator Echo Morgan as part of our commitment to showcase young design talent within the store.  Following on from the exhibition of photography by New York Art Director Eric Madigan Heck, Echo will exhibit a limited edition run of prints and t- shirts in the store, having previously created pieces for Vogue China, Prada & Selfridges; Echo has worked closely with us to create these artworks that feature the collage landscapes dotted with whimsical illustrations which have become synonymous with her work.

Echo has interlinked this with Tibetan, Mandala and Baroque style influences to create the typically topsy turvy collage landscapes representative of her work. Echo says of her work, “These prints celebrate the increasing popularity and power of fashion but also embrace its changing nature.  The idea of “boutique” in this work is to help individuals find their own visual character and image of themselves fitting in with society; but also being considered far from ordinary.

Echo is a London-based illustrator and set designer who studied at the Sichuan Fine Art Academy before moving to London to continue her studies at Central Saint Martins. Her prints will also feature on a limited run of organic cotton t shirts. The 5 limited edition prints will be priced at £1200. These will also feature on a limited run of T-shirts that will retail for £90.
