Our Beauty Writer's 7 Spring Favourites

April has almost come to a close, and it's safe to say (ish?) that this month definitely made it feel like Spring has finally sprung. And if there's one thing for sure, we absolutely love trying out and reviewing beauty products. We get to play around with different colours, textures, and smells, and see how they work on our skin or hair.

Plus, there's always that thrill of discovering a new holy grail product that we just can't live without. And let's be real, there's just something satisfying about being able to share our thoughts and opinions with others who are just as obsessed with beauty as we are. Today, our beauty writer will be reviewing her 7 Spring favourite beauty buys!

1. Teami Blend's Glow Tea Infused Tea Oil has been a game changer for my skincare routine. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now (thanks to the weather, I've experienced a bit of dry skin) and have noticed a significant improvement in the overall texture and appearance of my skin.

The infusion of tea, specifically green tea, helps to soothe and nourish my skin, while the blend of natural oils leaves it feeling moisturised without being greasy. The oil also has a subtle, refreshing scent that adds a nice touch to my morning routine. I love that it's vegan and cruelty-free, making it a guilt-free addition to my collection. Overall, I highly recommend Teami Blend's Tea Infused Oil for anyone looking to upgrade their skincare routine - especially for those with drier skin!

2. Our original Cryo Facial Tools are the secret to my glowing complexion. Using these tools as a part of my daily skincare routine has truly transformed my skin, especially in the morning. The cooling sensation instantly de-puffs my face and reduces any inflammation, leaving my skin looking and feeling more radiant. The quality of the tools is also exceptional - they're sturdy, well-made, and easy to use. I'd even go so far to say that they've enhanced my wellbeing - as they give me an excuse to slow down and reeeeelax.

3. Feel Good Inc.'s Sensitive Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 is a win for those with sensitive skin. As someone who has struggled with finding a sunscreen that doesn't irritate my skin (or create little product 'worms' - if you know, you know!), I was hesitant to try yet another one. But, after reading the rave reviews, I gave it a shot and was blown away. The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any residue, making it perfect for everyday use. It also doesn't have that typical sunscreen scent, which is a big plus in my book. I've learnt that most fragranced products are just a major irritant for me. My skin didn't react at all to the ingredients, which is a huge relief.

4 RevitaLASH's Lash and Brow Masque is a must-have for anyone looking to enhance the appearance of their lashes and brows. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have already noticed a significant improvement in the length and fullness of my lashes and brows. The formula is easy to apply and doesn't feel heavy or sticky like some other products I've tried in the past. Plus, the packaging is sleek and easy to travel with.

5. Cle Cosmetic's Melting Lip Powder is definitely a new one for me. I was hesitant to try a lip product in powder form, but the concept intrigued me, and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. The formula applies smoothly and evenly, and the pigment is intense, providing a long-lasting color payoff. What's unique about this product is that it starts as a powder but then melts into a liquid-like texture once it touches your lips, leaving them with a matte finish that's not drying at all. The packaging is also super convenient, making it easy to throw in your bag for re-applications throughout the day. Overall, I highly recommend Cle Cosmetic's Melting Lip Powder for anyone looking to switch up their lip game like I was.

6. Mellow's Brow Definer in Auburn is my new go-to for achieving a natural-looking brow (I've loved soap brows for a while...) The colour (auburn) is the perfect match for my red-toned hair, and the formula glides on smoothly without looking too harsh or unnatural. The spoolie on the other end of the pencil is also a plus - it helps to blend out the product and create a more natural, feathery look. I love that it's long-wearing and doesn't smudge or fade throughout the day.

7. Last but not least, we have the BloomEffects Tulip Lip Tint. The formula is lightweight and moisturising, providing a sheer wash of colour that enhances the natural beauty of your lips. Amazing for the clean girl aesthetic. The coral shade is the perfect nude, and it's versatile enough to wear with any makeup look. The packaging is also super cute and compact, making it easy to throw in your bag for touch-ups on the go. Overall, I highly recommend BloomEffects Tulip Lip Tint for anyone looking for a natural-looking lip colour that's also nourishing and hydrating.
