The Acne Mask
This genius acne treatment you can easily make in your kitchen comes from the WildForNature blog and has been spotted all over Reddit. It uses natural ingredients that are super beneficial for the skin such as essential lavender and tea tree oils and bentonite clay, which draws out toxins and heavy metals from the skin.
Tip: This clay should only be made or applied with a wooden, ceramic or plastic spoon.
Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon bentonite clay
-2 tablespoons water
-2 drops tea tree essential oil
-1 drop lavender essential oil
Method:
1.Add bentonite clay and water in a cup
2.Mix thoroughly until you get a thicker paste
3.Add essential oils, mix well
4.Apply to your face and leave on about 15-20 minutes
5.Rinse with lukewarm water and enjoy!
The Hydration Mask

All you need to do is raid your breakfast cupboard and basically plaster it on your face as we’re talking avocado, honey and oats. Honey is great source for retaining moisture, whilst oats have healing properties that also calm skin and the avo is great for leaving skin feeling smooth.
Tip: Try also adding banana, which is a great source of Vitamin A and also hydrates the skin.
Ingredients:
-1/2 Avocado
-1 tablespoon of honey
-A handful of oats or oat bran
Method:
1.Take the oats and add in the honey
2.Having skinned the avocado mash ½ of it in to the honey and oats
3.Apply to the skin and massage in
4.Leave for 15 minutes
5.Rinse with lukewarm water
The Exfoliation Mask
Ever tried a coffee or chocolate mask? Well, if you need a good exfoliation then these two ingredients are a must. This mask (from InStyle.com) contains cocoa but you can easily switch it up with ground coffee if you’re feeling adventurous as it boosts the blood flow and wakes-up the skin. This mask also includes yoghurt, a natural exfoliate, cocoa, which reduces irritation and honey to tighten the skin.
Tip: If you’re using coffee stir it in cold water and then use a filter sheet to add it in to the mask.

-Yoghurt
-1 tbsp cocoa
-1 tbsp honey
Method:
1.Pop the yoghurt into a bowl with the honey and cocoa powder.
2.Mix together and then message on to the face.
3.Leave on for 5-15 minutes depending on any recent breakouts.
