This genius acne treatment you can easily make in your kitchen comes from the WildForNature blog and has been spotted all over Reddit. It uses natural ingredients that are super beneficial for the skin such as essential lavender and tea tree oils and bentonite clay, which draws out toxins and heavy metals from the skin.

The Hydration Mask
Got that horrible flaky skin you get during the colder months? In need of some super skin hydration? Then this is the mask for you thanks to Elle.com. All you need to do is raid your breakfast cupboard and basically plaster it on your face as we’re talking avocado, honey and oats. Honey is great source for retaining moisture, whilst oats have healing properties that also calm skin and the avo is great for leaving skin feeling smooth.
Tip: Try also adding banana, which is a great source of Vitamin A and also hydrates the skin.

The Exfoliation Mask
Ever tried a coffee or chocolate mask? Well, if you need a good exfoliation then these two ingredients are a must. This mask (from InStyle.com) contains cocoa but you can easily switch it up with ground coffee if you’re feeling adventurous as it boosts the blood flow and wakes-up the skin. This mask also includes yoghurt, a natural exfoliate, cocoa, which reduces irritation and honey to tighten the skin.
Tip: If you’re using coffee stir it in cold water and then use a filter sheet to add it in to the mask.
