How to Take it

MPowder is a powdered supplement, designed to be taken daily for maximum benefit. Simply add 3 level tablespoons (30g) to your choice of 200ml of cold liquid, and blend for best results.

What to mix it with

MPowder works well in smoothies, or mixed with yoghurt or porridge.
