We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if something doesn’t quite work for you then don’t worry we will happily offer you a refund, exchange it for something else or even offer you a credit note. (Subject to our below terms and conditions)
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please not that online orders and in store purchases are subject to different return/exchange policies. Please see below for relevant returns
You have 14 days to return it to us from the day we deliver your order (or from the date we make our first delivery attempt).
To return any items within the 14 day period you must first request a Returns Authorisation Number (R.A.N).
To request an R.A.N please log in to your account, alternatively if you are not registered you can request an R.A.N by emailing us at email@example.com stating your order number with email subject ‘Returns Request’, together with a description of what you wish to return.
Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your R.A.N request.
Please note: Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and must have the Oxygen Boutique Returns Label still attached. Only new, unused and unworn items will be considered for return.
We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days.
Lingerie is not returnable.
Please package your returns well ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit, Oxygen Boutique are not responsible for any damages occurred during transit.
For International orders customers are responsible for returns taxes and please make sure you allow enough time to meet to 14 day return period.
Collect in Store Orders - We will send a dispatch email when your order is ready to be collected in store. Your 14 day return policy starts from the date we dispatch the order.
'Collect in Store' orders become non-returnable and non-refundable once it has been picked up.
IN STORE PURCHASES
Any items purchased in store are subject to Exchange or Credit Note only, we do not offer refunds for any items purchased in store.
EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
If the size isn’t right or you just want something different then please make sure you notify us sooner rather than later as our stock levels change very quickly.
If what you see is in stock, to save time and ensure you get it while it’s still in stock it may be quicker for you to request a refund and place a new order altogether, we will gladly do this and refund you your original order including postage costs.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once we have received your unwanted items they will go through quality check and we will then email you within 48 hours to confirm your request.
Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 14 days from completion of quality check to be processed.
Items purchased in store are non refundable, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Please note: During Sale periods and at peak times returns can take up to 21 days to process.
We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items.
Refunds will not include postage fees.
Any collect in store orders or late returns that are not collected within 6 months will be disposed of.
If you can’t find anything right now we are more than happy to offer you a credit note.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We will accept Beauty Products back within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition, unused, unopened and the seal has not been broken.
